You can ask us to delete your Haryana Footwear account and your personal details at any time.

How to ask

1. In the Haryana Footwear app: open Orders and tap Delete my account (this opens this page). Then do step 2 below.
2. Send an email to haryanafootwear@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. Write the mobile number you used to sign up. Send it from the email address on your account so we know it is you.
3. Or come to the shop (or call [SHOP PHONE NUMBER — owner to fill in]) and ask the owner to delete your account.

What happens next

• We reply to confirm it is you.
• Within 30 days we delete your account, name, mobile number, email, address, saved delivery locations and loyalty points.
• You will be signed out of the app.

What we must keep

Bills and tax records for completed sales must be kept for the period Indian law requires. We remove your name, mobile, email and address from them where we can. We use them only for the shop's accounts and the law.
